Eshe has spent the past 18+ years honing her PR prowess and definitely knows her way around high-level strategy, right down to the nitty-gritty details of execution. Her strength is in building and cultivating relationships, and her most valuable tools are her ears and an eraser. She doesn’t target demographics or audiences; she connects people. She learns how they think. She discovers what drives them. She appreciates how they feel. Then she moves them to act. 

Her people-centric approach is the foundation for BluePepper Public Relations’ success and the reason her work has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the International Association of Business Communicators and the American Public Transportation Association. Eshe is a graduate of Northwestern University; a board member and Advocacy Chair for Susan G. Komen - Charlotte; board member for Lydia's Legacy and Mitchell's Fund; and a member of Leadership Charlotte Class XXX and Public Relations Society of America.

What’s typical in the world of PR?) may sound like this: you’ll likely crave a coffee drip, but it will hinder your movements as you race from one place to another. And the only glitz in your day will be the glitter that spilled three months ago and is still winding up in the oddest places.

Ready to see what’s behind door number one? 

We’re looking for a public relations intern interested in learning all aspects of the public relations industry, from top to bottom. It's essential you have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity and understand the importance of attending to the mere details. You'll also need to be a self-starter, and present solutions and ideas.
